Submit your payment and provide your contact information to officially begin your journey.

✅ Step 3: Baseline Check-In & Onboarding Forms

  • Submit Your Stats & Body Measurements – Provide your height, weight, age, and key body measurements (waist, hips, chest, arms, etc.).

  • Check-In Photos – Upload front, side, and back progress photos.

  • Food Selection Panel – Customize your nutrition based on your preferences.

  • Equipment Selection – Choose between a home gym, commercial gym, or both.

  • Travel Considerations – Let me know if you need travel-friendly workout options.
